One Topic Per Issue
- Create exactly one thread for each distinct community or feature request.
- Do not open multiple threads about the same question or suggestion.
- Duplicate or closely related topics will be closed or merged without notice.
- If you have new information about your issue, edit your original post instead of starting a new one.
- For entirely separate topics, feel free to open additional threads.
Before You Post
- Search existing threads to ensure your topic hasn’t already been covered.
- Use a clear, descriptive title (e.g., “How do I change my forum nickname?” or “Suggestion: Add dark-mode toggle”).
- Provide all relevant details: forum section, browser or app version, steps you’ve already tried.
Thread Management
- Once a moderator acknowledges your request, it may be escalated to our ticket system (for non-account issues).
- You’ll get updates as replies in your thread or via private message—watch your PM inbox.
- Community support topics remain visible so others can learn from solutions.
Enforcement
- Threads that don’t follow these guidelines may be merged, locked, or removed.
- Repeated rule violations can lead to temporary posting restrictions.
- Moderators enforce these rules to keep the support efficient and on-topic.
