Collaboration Guidelines

I've established some guidelines to keep collaborations streamlined and valuable for both parties. Please review these to understand what I prioritize in partnerships.

1. Authenticity is Key

  • All collaborations should be authentic and relevant to my brand and audience. I prioritize genuine content that aligns with my passion for gaming and the interests of my community.
  • I reserve the right to refuse projects that don't fit my brand's focus or may compromise the trust I've built with my audience.

2. Clear Communication

  • A successful collaboration depends on transparent and consistent communication. Let's set expectations, timelines, and deliverables at the beginning to ensure clarity on both sides.
  • I'll provide feedback and updates as we move forward, and I appreciate the input from partners.

3. Creative Freedom

  • As a content creator, I bring my style and personality to every project. I expect the freedom to communicate and interpret the collaboration in a way that aligns with my established voice.
    I'm open to discussing key messaging, but I ask that partners respect my approach to authentically engaging my audience.

4. Transparency in Sponsorships

  • All sponsored content will be disclosed transparently to maintain integrity with my followers. This is essential for building trust and ensuring my community knows when content is part of a partnership.
  • If you're seeking a non-disclosed sponsorship, please note that I cannot accommodate this.

5. High-Quality Standards

  • I hold my content to high production quality and informational accuracy standards. Any provided assets or materials should meet similar standards so our combined efforts reflect the best of both brands.

6. Respectful Collaboration

  • I value respectful and professional partnerships. This includes honoring each other's time, respecting creative input, and addressing issues constructively.
  • Any feedback or changes to deliverables should be shared respectfully and with an understanding of mutual goals.

7. Timely Payment and Deliverables

  • I ask that all payment terms be agreed upon upfront for sponsored content or other paid collaborations. I typically work on a 50% upfront, 50% upon completion basis.
  • Likewise, I commit to delivering all agreed-upon content within the set timeline and expect the same from partners when providing necessary assets.

8. Exclusivity (if Applicable)

  • If the collaboration involves exclusivity in a specific category, please discuss this with me beforehand. I may request compensation or clear terms if exclusivity impacts other potential partnerships.

9. Adaptability

  • Every project is unique, and sometimes adjustments may be necessary. I'm open to constructive feedback but ask that changes be communicated early to avoid delays.
  • I'll communicate any adjustments on my end to ensure smooth progress.
